Fermentation
21 days with chosen yeast and controlled temperature of fermentation. 12 hours of pre fermentative maceration after the pass through "Boreal" at 5ºC.
Wine Tasting
Wine made with 100% "Bobal" variety, a grape variety native from "La Manchuela". Pale pink colored, with light purplish tones. The nose presents a range of red fruits like strawberry, raspberry and light fl ower fl avors. The mouth turns out to be very tasty, fresh and fruity.
Basis for the pairing
Ideal wine with white meet, pasta and rice.
Recommendations
Preserve at a constant temperature below 16ºC. 70-75% of humidity and darkness. Recommended temperature of storage: 6%.
