疯狂之心白起泡葡萄酒
葡萄品种:马卡贝奥青葡萄、霞多丽
口感:由于缓慢的发酵和陈酿,呈现了紧致丰盈的泡沫。香气复杂迷人,有青葡萄典型的柠檬香;马卡贝奥的典型花香;霞多丽典型 的果香。回味绵长。
配菜:适宜搭配沙拉,各种米饭,海鲜和鱼。若在食用开胃菜,进餐中以及品尝甜点时均可饮用。

Sparkling Wine Extra-dry
Bodega Iniesta launch to the market a new line of Sparkling Wines under the brand “Corazon Spumante”. These wines are a loyal reflects of the finest work where the family Iniesta-Luján keeps the modernity, research and the respect for the enological traditions, combining everything with the innovation and the maintenance of exhaustive quality controls in the grapes coming from our vineyards.
This Sparkling Wine has its own personality being capable to satisfy/fulfil and inspire love to the finest consumer’s palates and lovers of good wine, carrying out all the essential features of our terroir. This new product has two remarkable lines: White and Rosé.
Corazón Spumante White has been made from a variety such a Macabeo and the elegance of Chardonnay.
Bodega Iniesta has developed a new line of Sparkling Wines based on the Charmat Method (way of elaboration).
The elaboration of a base wine which preserve all the character of our terroir being accompanied for a second fermentation developed in a slow and carefully way, it result is a goal of a big quality sparkling wine.
Corazon Spumante Blanco is presented in a glass with thin and persistent foam due to the slow fermentation. We highlight the complexity of the different varieties that compose the wine finding at the begin notes of a pink grapefruit and at the same time white flowers from the Macabeo grapes. Its end highlights flavours of tropical fruits that belongs to the Chardonnay.
In mouth the bubbles caress the palate and you will find a perfect balance between acidity and minerality with notes of sparkling wines. In the aftertaste, the mouth preserves fresh and aromatic with a long persistence.
