Wine TastingThis wine has been selected from our best plots, La Higuera, Finca el Carril and Carril de Iniesta. A modern style wine, with Mediterranean infl uences a warm wine that which perfectly combines the fruit with its structure. It has a very powerful and expressive nose where soft fruit blend, spicy and elegant touch of toff ee and memories of cocoa, fruits that have passed 12 months in new French oak barrels. A fl eshy mouth, structured with elegant tannins resulting from a balanced performance in the fi eld, a long maceration and careful aging. The possible occurrence of precipitates is natural as it is not subjected to any fi ltration, indicating the quality and purity of this wine. Basis for the pairingIdeal for rice, all kinds of cheeses, red meats, stews and game. RecommendationsPreserve at a constant temperature below 16ºC. 70-75% of humidity and darkness. Temperature: 18ºC. Presentation75 cl conical bottle. Carton of 6 bottles.
